In /etc/default/grub add usbcore.autosuspend=-1 to variable GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT like:

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash usbcore.autosuspend=-1"

Update GRUB:
